My Take on the Lack of Self-Confidence

Confidence is not across the board, you can have high confidence in some domain while low in other.

I have often noticed many people are confident enough but lack in portraying themselves. They develop terms like stage fear, panic attack, numbness and many more. The only way to sabotage it is to get rid of your self-made assumptions. It is vital to broach then to ignore.

There are 2 reasons for being diffident

  • 1.You don’t trust YOURSELF

                 Or

  • 2. You trust people out there, MORE
There is less risk in trusting yourself than others

Confidence is a form of conviction, that one has the ability to overcome the challenges dropped by none other but LIFE. If you’re not ready today, you WILL get ready for tomorrow even if you are not ready for tomorrow.  Building confidence is not a piece of a cake; it can be acquired and improved over time. Comfort zone is the essential factor. If you aren’t comfortable, you can’t even speak a word.

5 Steps to conquer your comfort zone and grab the unknown into your mind.

  • Start with a smile
  • Understand their mindset before you comment
  • Be open to critic
  • Disobey your self-imposed rules
  • End with a smile

For instance, before jumping into any conversation observe the structure and the flow which might help out to outgrow yourself differently. From which your tone will enhance automatically.Outside of social content, continue to target and meet your goals that can empower the belief that you are competent, capable and skilled. I’m sure then after you won’t even need to broadcast it.

To gain confidence, rather than doing things that scares you, why not take a step up in your proficiency? What if that scary thing turns out black and DE-motivates you? Why to develop a new skill when you already have one, which just needs a makeover?

Watching boost up videos won’t let you actually BOOST UP because confidence is something you cannot lend or borrow. It is right there inside you. Believe the fact and walk with that.

Nobody remains FIRST for a long time” – A perfect example that portrays “CHANGE”.
